Our thorough A/C tune-ups include:

  1. Level the thermostat.
  2. Test capacitors.
  3. Clean condenser coil.
  4. Check refrigerant pressures.
  5. Vacuum and clean indoor blower compartment.
  6. Check fan motor volts/amps.
  7. Lubricate any bearings, if needed.
  8. Inspect all unit safety devices.
  9. Inspect and tighten all electrical connections.
  10. Test contactor for burns or pits.
  11. Inspect for any exposed electrical wiring.
  12. Inspect fan blade on condenser.
  13. Inspect service valves for leaks.
  14. Inspect Schrader valves for leaks.
